I delivered a new user journey designed to bring results. Along with a content strategy, reimagined homepage taxonomy, on-brand copy, IA maps, tone of voice coaching, actionable prototypes.
I ensured product localization (English and Greek) efficiency and adaptability for web and mobile interfaces with a clear ROI. And delivered a tone of voice flexible enough to be carried over from English to Greek. All written content is my own.
This was a content design sprint as part of the Content Design London Academy. I delivered 3 training pages and messaging hierarchy complete with new content and taxonomy. All while learning from the CDL team that transformed the gov.uk website.
